2. Handmade Products
All items are handmade, and slight variations in colour, texture, or embellishment may occur. Full safety and care information is provided with each product.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. International customers may incur currency conversion fees from their bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping
UK Customers
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier. Delivery times vary depending on the service selected.
EU Customers
Orders include full customs documentation, EORI number, and EU‑compliant product labelling. EU customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees charged by their country.
International Customers (Outside UK & EU)
Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
UK Customers
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is:

Returned with original packaging and labels
Please email before returning your item.
EU Customers
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. You must notify us within 14 days, then return the item within a further 14 days.
International Customers
You may return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with original packaging and labels.

Return postage
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
International returns

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For EU and international customers, any customs charges, import VAT, or handling fees applied by your country are your responsibility. These charges are outside our control.
