Refund and Returns Policy

At Tweed & Country, I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, the following returns policy applies to all customers in the UK, EU, and worldwide.

UK Customers

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item for a refund, provided it is:

Unworn
In perfect, resaleable condition
Returned with original packaging and labels intact

Please email me with the reason for your return before sending the item back.

EU Customers (in line with EU consumer rules)

EU customers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the date the item is received.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

Unworn
In perfect, resaleable condition
Returned with original packaging and labels intact

You must notify me by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you then have 14 days to return the item.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

International Customers (outside the UK & EU)

International customers may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is:

Unworn
In perfect, resaleable condition
Returned with original packaging and labels intact

Please email me before returning your item.

When returning goods from outside the UK/EU, mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any customs fees incorrectly applied cannot be reimbursed.

Non‑Returnable Items

Customised or personalised orders
Items not returned in resaleable condition
Items returned after the 14‑day return window

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected.

Sale items are eligible for exchange only.

Return Postage

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless:

The item is faulty
The wrong item was sent

I strongly recommend using a tracked or signed‑for service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please retain proof of purchase and proof of postage.
