Royal Blue Teardrop Hat, Metallic Ruffle Fascinator Headband

This is a stunning hat, perfect for special occasions. Featuring over 7 yards of metallic royal blue trim hand stitched onto an electric blue teardrop shaped base and mounted on a wide satin headband.
The bottom of the hat measures approx 30cm across at its widest point. Perfect for races, weddings or special events.  
Only one is currently available, but they can also be created to order in a colour of your choice.
