Your kit contains everything you need to make your own velvet ribbon chain garland, except the glue or needle and thread, as how you choose to adhere the chains is your choice:
All of the ribbons have been heat sealed, so should not fray.
You simply cut, loop and join the velvet ribbon to create your chain. You can make your garland as long or as short as you wish, depending on where you'd like to display it.
